Tennis Classes for Adults

Classes begin on Tuesday 28 June in Invercargill and Gore! 

This programme is the most enjoyable way to learn tennis for adults. We aim to make your tennis experience fun and rewarding at the same time. You will learn:

• technical patterns of all the tennis strokes: serve, backhand, forehand, volley, smash
• how to rally
• how to use our strokes in a match-play: strategy and tactic as consistency, accuracy, etc.
• ways to improve and keep on improving
• valuable practice and homework exercises
