POSITION AVAILABLE - APPOINTED TRUSTEE on the TENNIS SOUTHLAND BOARD

​Tennis in Southland is a sport on the rise. There is potential for growth and we are now looking for an energetic, innovative individual to join Tennis Southland as an appointed trustee.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a progressive Operations Manager and be part of a dynamic, new board for one of Southland’s strong traditional sports.
To be considered for the Tennis Southland appointed trustee role, you will ideally have:

• Success in identifying, gathering and servicing commercial partnerships and sponsorships
• Outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas

• Strong appreciation for marketing and digital innovation to engage with consumers and to build brand awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A background in tennis or any other sports is not essential.

Tennis Southland board meetings are held every 6 weeks. The term of the trustees on the board is two years. If you are interested in this position please forward your CV and introductory letter to Operations Manager Jo Grimwood by 5pm Monday 9th October.
