Peter White Retires

Tennis Southern is saddened to announce that Peter White has withdrawn from his role as coach for teams at the National Junior Teams Event 2020. Peter has been diagnosed with motor neuron disease and will step aside from all coaching, a role that he loved.
Tennis Southern would like to thank Peter for his years of loyal service. He has had a positive impact on many developing juniors and we are proud of his contributions.
Having resided in Southland since 1994 Peter has provided tennis services across Southland for 27 years. His positive attitude and personal achievements have contributed greatly at all ages and levels of tennis in Southland, New Zealand & Australia.
Tennis Southland would like to thank Pete for his energy, passion and knowledge which he shared with many over 27 years.
Our thoughts are with Pete and his family in these trying times.
