Operations Assistant Role - 10 hours per week

If you are well organised, energetic and have initiative, then this could be an opportunity for you. Tennis Southland is looking for someone to join our organisation as a part-time Operations Assistant (10 hours per week).

To be considered for the role, the following skills are preferable:

• Experience and proficiency in the use of personal computers, including Microsoft Office, XERO accounting software and website maintenance.
• Experience in maintaining databases, managing administration systems.
• Personal qualities include being organised with excellent communication skills, adept at decision making and an excellent team player.
• ​A proven ability to build effective cooperative working relationships internally, with members of the public and diverse stakeholders.
